With the concept of sustainable development, the project achieves public infrastructure objectives by introducing up-to-date environmental protection technology and equipment, maximizing energy efficiency, minimizing greenhouse gas emissions, providing professional waste incineration plant operation and facility equipment maintenance and effectively assisting the industry to dispose of waste.
2. At our own discretion, we conducted PM2.5 inspections to maximize green energy utilization rate; set up environmental education facilities, trained personnel in environmental education, promoted environmental education policy and transformed public impression about the facilities neighboring an incineration plant.
3. As the sole and only waste incineration plant of the entire country that has obtained the ISO14064-2 independent carbon reduction accreditation, the Refuse Incineration Plant’s operational performance has been affirmed by a number of government authorities for its remarkable performance, notably including the Environmental Protection Department of the Executive Yuan and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The Project revitalizes public facilities in remote areas, innovates the establishment of a dream studio room over the mountain side, establishes a mountain culture platform, and strives to improve the accommodation environment, enhances the quality of tourism in the Lishan area, and promotes the overall development of the local tourism industry.
2. The Project sets up the Lishan Hotel Scholarship and Emergency Assistance Fund, donates to elementary and high schools in the Lishan area to support transportation and accommodation costs for extracurricular activities, subsidizes the community to activate the local activities, and promotes local indigenous performances as well.

1. This Project revitalizes historic charms, gives full play to the benefits of the restoration of historic sites, preserves the special historical and cultural implications where it creates significant commercial benefits.
2. The Project assists the organizer in placement of the existing workforce, optimizes the quality of catering service and operation spaces. It becomes an attractive gathering venue for the general public during their leisure time and for social get-togethers.
3. It creates the Yago Studio and sells out-of-date books and sponsors book fairs through OUTLET Bookstore, demonstrating remarkable innovative characteristics and creativity.

1. Featuring the very characteristics of Shihding as the start, the Project creates a comfortable rest and shopping environment, improves the service area facilities and dining environment space, provides excellent quality services to the passers-by and further boosts the development of Shihding area.
2. It renders friendly services such as safe dining and pet parks, and also provides small-scale farmer stalls and special internship opportunities.

1. The Project builds a state-level incubation center, a core entrepreneurial ecosystem with talents, technology and working capital, and builds connections to local, international and future business philosophies and vision, which is in line with the public construction goals as well as national development policies.
2. In coordination with Asian Silicon Valley and the New South-bound policies advocated by the government, in combination with domestic promotion of international innovation and entrepreneurship units, as well as a number of venture capital investment resources in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Israel, the Project introduces research and development oriented professional capabilities to improve software and hardware equipment. It plays a very pivotal role for new ventures in southern Taiwan.

It uses technology to build a smart parking management system, providing electric vehicle parking spaces and charging facilities, green energy vehicle management systems, transportation connection services with the neighboring commercial zones with co-share of electric vehicles along with other services in the public facilities fields. Thanks to the innovative efforts, it effectively achieves the very purpose of public construction.
2. It successfully develops the convenient parking APP for Keelung City with very smart inquiry services including notably the shuttle bus and neighboring business circle access to increase public convenience and upgrade Keelung City into a smart city.

1. It sets up service quality management based on star rating standards/criteria, provides accommodation and venues for teaching, internship, research, academic exchanges and conferences for faculty members and students of National Taiwan University and other academic institutions, achieving the public construction purposes.
2. The present case provides universities/colleges learning venues to cultivate the talents needed for catering as well as hotel management and operations. It teams up with NTUTEC (National Taiwan University Taidah Entrepreneurship Center) to develop “Shirley Bikes” which are available to the dwellers, free of rent.

The present case takes the history and culture of Kinmen as its foundation and combines the theme of “Minnan (Taiwanese) Culture,” “Warfare History,” “Coastal Recreation” and “Natural Ecology.” It sets the “International Tourism and Leisure Island” political vision and “Kinmen/Xiamen Life Circle” Service Highlights to stimulate merchant-oriented accommodation in the Kinmen area and improves the quality of travel services.
2. Stipulations were added to the Autonomous Statute Governing County Properties in Kinmen County and Enforcement Directions of Superficies (Surface Rights) of County Land in Kinmen to make possible integral laws and regulations. In accordance with the related laws and regulations of urban planning, the project passed inspection and completed the change in use zoning. The project further eliminated the illegal occupation of county-owned land and assisted the private sector to improve the drainage system.

1. The present case combines the literary and cultural activities in concert with catering and commercial activities to breathe new life into the historical attractions, successfully bringing literary and artistic activities into the new venues. It successfully achieves its objectives as a cultural and educational facility as well as a public infrastructure project.
