1.The Property of Infrastructure Project: Transportation Facilities.
2.Basic Specification:
This project entrusts private institutions to participate in the infrastructure of”The Second Parking Lot (Parking Lot 5) in Changhua City”,in order to activate the public land use. In addition to alleviating the local parking demand, it also introduces of multiple service facilities. It is expected to become a leisure square for Changhua citizens, enhancing the local life function and the development of commercial activities.
3. Public Works Plan Scope:
There are four lands in total, including: No.334-4, No.334-12, No.334-25 & No.334-92 in Nanguo Section, Changhua City, Changhua County. The land area is about 7,109 square meters (The actual area is subject to the land register).
