1.The character of public construction in this case is the cultural and educational facilities in Subparagraph 6, Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Act of Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects.
2.The basic requirements of public construction in this case is the historic building and affiliated facilities registered in accordance with the relevant laws.
3.The scope of public construction in this case is Taipei City Taoyuan Section 1th Subsection Land serial No. 187, the Audiovisual and Music Industrial Park, the area is about 14,141.97 square meters.

6.Briefing and Answering questions(5 points)
