The character, basic requirements, concession period and scope of the infrastructure project 1.The character of public construction in this case is the cultural and educational facilities. 2.The purpose of Nangang SoHo Arts & cultural District is to provide the activites of diversified arts and culture, and the space for exhibitions and leisure in order to meet the demands for the life, leisure and consumption by the citizens. 3.The project is executed by operation-transfer(OT), and the period of operation is 15 years. 4. The scope in this project is Nangang District Yucheng Section 3th Subsection Land serial No. 545-0006, and the area is about 6712.71 square meters. The buildings include 3 warehouse heritages(C warehouse, N1N2 warehouse and the machine room including fire-fighting pool) and 1 historic building (P warehouse) which total floor area is 4101.28 square meters (the handover is based on Land and Building Registration Transcription).

The closing date is at 5 p.m. on November 15, 2021. All application documents in hard copy should be delivered to submit by couriers or mail within the closing date to Taipei City Government (3F., Southwest Wing, No. 1, City Hall Rd., Xinyi Dist., Taipei City 110), overdue will not be accepted. 3. All application documents cannot be withdrawn once that applied. If due to typhoons and other reasons, the deadline cannot be delivered on time, it will be postponed to the next working day.
