1.Type of the Infrastructure Project: Commercial facilities.
2.to publish the government's invitation to private institutions to participate in working on the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall and Taipei International Convention Center operations transfer project ("Project") by paying land
rent and royalties to the government to obtain the right to use the land, buildings and relevant equipment provided by the government and the right to operate the Project in accordance with Article 42 of the Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects.
3.The Land for the Infrastructure Project
The land of Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall and Taipei International Convention Centercovers a total area of approximately 46,998 m2 identified as Lot No. 35 (in part), No. 35-4, No. 35-5 and No. 36 of 4th Subsection, Xinyi Section, Taipei City. The owner of the land is Republic of China, and the administration authority is the Bureau of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Qualification Review: If one or more Applicants files an application and pass the qualification review, comprehensive review of the documents submitted by the Applicant(s) may be conducted.
Comprehensive Review: During the comprehensive review, the Selection Committee shall, according to the
evaluation subjects, evaluation criteria and evaluation measures specified in the
Application Guidelines, select the Best Applicant based on the investment proposal
and documents submitted by the qualified Applicants selected from the above
qualification review. If necessary, the Selection Committee may select the Second-
Best Applicant.

Each application shall be submitted by personal delivery or by registered mail to the Mail Room of the Secretary Office of the Bureau of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Affairs at No. 1, Hu Kou Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei 10066 before 5 p.m., July 12, 2021. (The day of receipt shall be the day shown in the stamp affixed to the received package.) No application submitted beyond the deadline shall be accepted.
