It consists of 21 land including No. 320, Sanxiao Section, Rongxing Section, Zhongshan District, Taipei City.

| The Qualification Requirements for the Applicant |
I. General Qualification: The applicant shall be a single applicant, or a cooperative alliance composed of two (including) companies that meet the requirements of this Notice in a joint cooperation manner. Applicants who apply in the form of a single applicant shall be the Chinese company and refer to the company established under the Law of the Republic of China Company. Applicants in the form of cooperative alliances, each member of the cooperative alliance shall be a Chinese company, which means a company established under the company law of the Republic of China.
2. Financial qualifications: Applicants who apply in the form of a single applicant should actually receive NT$200 million or more, and have no refunds or major loss of credits in the past three years; if a single applicant is in the insurance industry, Another document that the company's Capital-Based Capital (RBC) is no less than 200%. In the case of a cooperative alliance, the authorized capital of the authorized representative shall reach NT$100 million or more, and the paid-in capital of each member shall reach NT$200 million or more, and each member has no refund record for the last 3 years. Or a major loss of credit; if the members of the cooperative alliance are insurance, they should also provide proof that the company's Capital-Based Capital (RBC) is not less than 200%.
3. Professional and technical competence: At least one member of a single applicant or a cooperative applicant. It should have the actual investment, development, construction, or more than 2 years of operating experience of industry-university cooperation centers, conference facilities, alumni clubs or hotels, and can provide specific proof. If a single applicant or a member of the cooperative alliance does not have the above-mentioned performance, it shall be replaced by a cooperative manufacturer with the same performance, and a letter of cooperation for cooperation of the third parties shall be issued at the time of application.

| Evaluation Items and Criteria |
I. Qualification examination: If the applicant reaches one or more of the applicants, the executive authority will conduct the qualification examination. At the time of qualification examination, the executive organ shall examine the application documents and qualification documents submitted by the applicant and select qualified applicants.
2. Comprehensive review: According to the review items, review standards and assessment methods stipulated in Article 5.3 of this Notice, the investment plan and related documents delivered by the qualified applicants selected by the qualification examination shall be selected. Excellent applicants, if necessary, additional secondary applicants.
