The character, basic requirements, concession period and scope of the infrastructure project |
1. Nature: Projects in the "agricultural facilities" of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Section 13 of the Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure.
2. Basic criteria: In order to revitalize public assets and enhance the quality of tourism at the Magong First Fishing Port, the scope of infrastructure project and operation of this project shall be planned as follows: (1) accommodation and dining (2) rest for tourists (3) retail stores such as shopping malls local specialties and souvenir sales (4) yacht services and related support industries (5) other matters regulated by the investment contract and (6) other operations approved by the organizer.
3. Concession agreement period: The license period refers to a total of 50 years from the date of signing the concession agreement. If the infrastructure period of the private institution is advanced or delayed, the operation period shall be increased or decreased within the 50-year license period.
